Domestic Shipping Options

Standard Delivery (3-5 business days)

Orders over 500 SAR

Orders under 500 SAR:

Time slot delivery (12 PM - 5 PM)

Express Delivery (1-2 business days)

Next-day delivery

Scheduled time delivery

Note: Prices include VAT and may be subject to additional fees per provider's policy.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Return Conditions:

14-day return policy from delivery date

Products must be in original condition with all accessories

Original invoice and warranty documents required

Return Process:

Contact customer service for return authorization

Complete the return form included with your order

Shipping provider will collect the return within 48 hours

Note: A 30 SAR return fee will be deducted from your refund according to provider's policies.

My order hasn't arrived. How can I track it?

Use your tracking number (sent via email) on the shipping provider's website. For assistance, contact our customer service team.

Do you deliver on weekends/public holidays?

Yes, with an additional 50 SAR fee for holiday deliveries. Check the provider's working hours policy.

How do I know if delivery is available to my area?

Coverage will be shown during checkout. Most areas are covered by our provider's network.

What if I'm not home during delivery?

The courier will attempt contact. After 3 attempts, the shipment will be returned to the nearest branch (reshipping fees apply).
